The BTP Team Leader Training Program™ is an Activation, Training and Development system for willing interns and apprentices that intend to be highly functional and performing members of our company and the world.
We believe that the most effective way to transfer knowledge to others is through the practical application of acquired knowledge.
The BTP Team Leader Training Program™ is designed to transfer our knowledge effectively to those who align with our vision. With that being said, if you are looking for ‘overnight’ success formulas this is not the place for you. While we teach the Paradigm for Success, what we learned after many failures is that if you truly want what you build to last, you also have to learn to take your time.
We also discovered that due to the nature of our work transferring our skills is impossible through video, audio and text alone. It requires observation and a commitment to applying a specialized set of practices.
About the BTP Team Leader Training Program™
This is an unpaid internship and/or apprenticeship. It is a part-time commitment that we offer as a community service with the intent of empowering up and coming leaders and those who intend to learn the skill of building harmonious business organizations.
The premise of the training is being able to seek, see and seize an opportunity (what an entrepreneur does) and convert it into a business organization that, over time, can extract the true value of the opportunity.
In this context we define value as what is needed and wanted by a specific market and the resulting feedback loop into the company via revenue which enables more of what is needed and wanted to be produced and delivered.
